Vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Symptoms of lack of B2 are burning or bloodhsot eyes, conjunctivitis, eye fatigue, sensitivity to light, puli dilation, twilight blindness and dark spots in the visula field. RDA is 1.2-1.7 mg.
Vitamin B6 may be involved in regulating eye pressure and may help prevetn glaucoma. RDA is 1.6-2.0mg.
